Old City PG Hostel

I reached the hostel at midnight, the first thing I couldn't find was the hostel location. the location in the google is the wrong one. the room is a total mess. It's full of mosquitos and insects. The fan is not working. a horrible bathroom. then I requested them to change the room. they denied very rudely; saying that I don't have any option. I'm new to the city. and they said they don't have another room. After some time they asked me to shift into a 4 sharing space. In the middle of the night, I didn't have any option to search for any other hostel. I was tired and disappointed. the sharing room also is same situation, nobody was there in the room. I was the only one in that mess. I was scared. please remove this hostel from makemytrip. it's very dangerous for solo travelers and group also. I couldn't even sleep. my early morning plan is ruined. my whole day of the trip is ruined. I want my money back in refund.

Average economical place to stay, property is not very well maintained, however host is very kind and helpful

Neither the bed sheets nor the pillow covers were changed, it could clearly be seen that they were the used ones. Moreover the dormitory was also continuously moving when being used & there was no soap or towel provided. Need to leave that hotel within 3 hrs of check in.

Cleanliness should be better. Soap was not available in the washroom. Washroom was not fully clean.

The property was neat and tidy and had a great caretaker all the necessary facilities were available

Improper room with no window made it difficult to stay there. Also it's difficult to find the room as it is very inside and the location is not accurate.

The stay was decent, but there was a slight odor in the room. The location of the homestay was a major drawback as it was deep inside a lane and felt unsafe. Additionally, there were no water or food facilities provided, which was inconvenient.

Such a worst stay. Dirty room, dirty washroom, dirty blanket n bed as well. I have booked private room but they have provided me dormitory says that room are not available at the time. I have paid full amount already. The property owner was too rude and they were not provided any facility. If i talking about the location so it was such a dirty area in outerside with drainage and garbages. Too damn smelly. I highly recommend that not to stay there.

There were not proper facilities, bathrooms were terrible and blankets were not as utilisation stage it was smelling. I think people should avoid staying there other option can be explored

Very bad, iam handicap it was very difficult to find the hotel, after finding, no one was available there then later an old man came and he assisted, no towel no soap not even hot water available, no wifi also nothing hence we check out same day 6 pm

It was not worth the cost. Got confused in the lanes of banaras for searching it.

Unsanitary rooms false display of rooms showing air conditioned but complete place is a mess. And obviously non refundable booking.

Room size was fine as per the tariff but bedsheet was torn and washroom flush was also not working
