They dont have water in room 1st also jo bucket avilable when asked only a half bucket of hot water provided. Regular water was in toilet only. In dinner they served below than basic food with burt rotis and potato baigan sabji and normal dal sabji. In break fast they had only bread butter and jeera paratha. Also too many mosquito in room. Also when i left for work they took out my mesicines tooth oaste and brush out when i asked and enquired they said there was misunderstanding staff thouhtt i did check out So many issues.

Caretaker was v. co-operative. He was feeling regret for inconvenience. The bed linen, pillows, towel were used & not washed at all. Very dirty. I used my own towel. Room floor was very dirty. T.v was dead, A.C. air flow zero. After calling, reception boy came & clean it. Overall very horrible experience.👎

Not for tourist. No food ' no hot and cold water no service no prrking and vary bed rooms and his toilet.

Lousy hotel, lousy ameniities, lousy service! no hot water in bathroom, no coffee/tea available, had to have only toast for breakfast! toilet with stains, waste basket covered with masala!

Room is entirely mash-up no cleaning and bed had lots of hairs

It provides you a very good rooms with good ambiance ane location.

Rooms & passages were very congested. As our stay there was only for a night, we didn't expect too much. This is only for record, ot to be treated as our complaint.

Not tidy, to reach bathroom you need to go through outside area (though private. Not even simple door mat was provided. There is place to hang both in bathroom and the actual room. You see cobwebs around. There is no soap holder in bathroom. No hot water after 6:30 (probably you need to compete with other guests to beat them in time. Lots of leaf/flowers fall into the open are which kind make it very uncomfortable. The wash basin gets clogged after few few minutes overflowing into your feet. Not to mention random random people nicking the door in the middle of night and had to yell couple of times. The noise from out side is very high. I stayed in ground floor hope the other floor had better luck.

Hotel is closed no staff at reception or didn’t see anyone so went to other hotel. Please refund my amount.

To be honest, i felt amazing about this hotel and good staff as well as good room condition which always make me more pleasant. Again it's serein.

Food is excellent and hotel is too good
