The overall service was bad. The washroom was in bad shape. Food was too costly considering the location. The stay was not worth the money i paid. The room size was too small. The reception staff was unprofessional and allocated me a room with no ac. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

3rd class hotel I see in my life

I will tell you fact thing that the staff is not co-operative and I booked hotel by MMT but they provide me Indian style toilet room and room is too much congested and after my humble request and shown in booking that shown western toilet in my booking so provide me Indian style toilet but in this room no water heater and after my request strictly told me that we can not provide you another room and we don't have any other room so it is your mistake that booking done by me through online. Breakfast is the only named but provides only chole bhature and when request for boil egg by another employee from my company they came after 30 minutes and we have train so we cancel our breakfast after paying money for breakfast, so please look for some another hotel for this area and never came to hotel M S.
