My overall experience was good. The Hotel Watan Residency's location was truly superb, and nearby facilities were also convenient. However, the Hotel Watan Residency's service was not very satisfactory. My booking was from 23.04.25 at 12:00 PM, but I arrived late at 12:30 AM, and they charged me an extra ₹1500/-, which did not seem fair. Also, my checkout was scheduled for 27.04.25 in the afternoon, but I checked out early at 3:00 AM. Even after an early checkout, no refund or adjustment was offered. The Hotel Watan Residency management should focus on providing better service and fair charges to the customers.

Ac rooms are good and clean, the non ac rooms could use some renovations. The staff is polite and helpful. There isn't a in-house restaurant at the property which may pose a problem with some travellers but since it's located right inside the main market, you can easily find everything. Overall cleanliness should be improved as the corridors and bathrooms were dirty. I will suggest this property for a budget stay near the charminar
