Dirty rooms washrooms are not at all good rats are there in rooms AC not working very terrible stay it was

Rooms are not good ... maintenance is not there.. bath rooms are not Higón room services is not good Parking space not there

poor ambience not worthy for the amount. facilities were also not upto mark. with this budget you can try for other hotels.

Below are the list of issues i have faced. 1) lot of mosquitoes 2) no proper parking space 3) restroom is not cleaned properly 4) land phone is not working 5) some kind of a bad smell coming in room 6) no hospitality 7) tv is not working no remotes 8) no shampoo and soap in restroom 9) usually towels are in white color they have in different colour 10) pillow covers and bedsheets are stinking overall i can say it’s waste of my money

Not at all good heavy mosquitoes troubled a lot atleast maintenance is not good had a good space but without proper maintenance hotel is not having clean very bad experience

One of the worst hotel. No staff. Bed is dirty, washroom no water, power plug not wokring, noisy place. Dont recommend

Stinky room, leaky ac, leaky water faucets always keeping bathroom floor wet, unwashed linen with hair stuck on them, unwelcoming staff. Finally the staff said that hotel does not have manager and hence things are broken. It seems owner is directly dealing with the staff. That said, the staff did listen to our complaints and tried to do whatever best they could. They changed our room but unfortunately the new room was on a floor where people were smoking, not good for families. They had one new pillow that they gave us as all their linen was dirty.

Delayed giving room. Allotted small room in spite of booking 2+1. No room service for basic things like tea in the evening. No tea making facility in the room. Room not clean

The hotel is in prime location but the room is not good old bath room commode leaking water continuously rusted fittings. On repeated request they have provided towels but not washed. Staff are not cordial. For small town like nandyal it's expensive. No hangers in cup boards. No door mats on floor the night lamp at bed was broken and hanging. Booked the hotel on the previous day night but check in allowed at 2 pm on next day, till time roaming on roads they denied early check in you have to ask for water even genuinely it's not good hotel.

Room was very bad smell, there is no shower in bathroom, there is no tv signal. Only idle available in breakfast thats is also worsted taste.

Hotel is situated at a good location. The room was good. The booking should be on 24 hours basis. I had to pay more as compared to my actual stay.

Hotel location was good. It used be good in every ascept. But now you can clear difference in lack of maintenance. Hotel ambience was good but you can clearly observe lack of effort in maintaining the property. Food was okish

Washroom tap was broken and water leaking , only entrance was neat and clean , room was ok, break fast was bad.

Toilet was not clean there was no towel and we have to request for it. There was no remote control for ac. The western toilet did not have a seat.

Hotel near to city, so good for navi nandi darshan. Staff well mannered. Room good. Little unhygienic toilets and wash room

Ok. Rooms not clean. So many mosquitoes are in bed room

Staying here was satisfactory. All the people of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. So i will recommend to my friends and family
