Over all it was a very bad experience to stay at this property. Cleanness of toilets. Poor lighting at the reception. Poor lighting outside the hotel. Many properties in bathinda are better, in half the prices.

Good hotel but lacks professionalism

soloIt took me sometime to settle in the hotel as someone was ringing my room bell again and again. Rest ok. Can't blame they don't have trained professional staff. Only by 4 star property the hotel doesn't become 4 star. It needs proper management and hospitality.

Value for money and number one hotel in Bathinda

It is worth your money. All rooms are spacious and clean. Atmosphere is so quiet. No annoying noises of traffic like other roadside hotels. Free pick and drop facility 24 hours which I liked the most. My preferred hotel in Bathinda. Rooms are super cozy with all modern amenities. And to be honest, there aren't much variety available in breakfast menu but still the quality and service is good. The bar of the Hotel offers finest quality draught beers, which is cheaper and best while in Bathinda. Room service menu has reasonably priced foods which are delicious and good. Overall best property in Bathinda. Will only stay in Sepal while in Bathinda. Hope they will keep up the standards.
