checking time of property was not properly mention I booked hotel at morning 6:00 a.m. and call the property for stay they said they are check in rules are different they charge extra for it even I check out at 11:00 a.m. I think check in and check out time must be mention during booking or it should be flexible as per customer choice if he is paying for 24 hrs there should be a good condition towel and at least two water bottles washroom must be cleaned after every check out cancellation must be flexible if the customer wants to cancel the room what's over the reason they are must be a flexibility of refund

Rooms are good and airy. Well cleaned and linen fresh. Bathroom are big and clean. Not overtly luxury but good stay at the given price.

I have booked non ac rooms in this hotel. The room is neat and bathrooms are very clean. Parking facility is available. They also provide you tea coffee and meals of asked. The only issue here is, there is no wifi in my room. It would be great if they add wifi facility atleast for tv.

Super Dirty and unhygienic room. Only Bed/mattresses was good. They changed our room on arrival, gave another room made for Banquet and that was super Dirty. In the toilet attached with room was tooooo dirty with no flush. Mirror in toilet is opaque. Will never visit again in this Satyam Hotel.

The first room they gave me the ac wasn't functioning, the electricity was not there for a significant amount of our stay period. They used to cut the electricity in between. They asked us extra money for our check-in even though we had booked the hotel 1 day advance to our check in date.

In the name of dormatary i got cooler without water; hall full of mosquitos i bet railway station will have less mosquitoes than this dormatary. Better to take a bedsheet and sleep in plateform of station than this dormatary. I stayed in dormatary so all reviews about it only
