Manager on counter behaviour is not good and not having manner how to talk to guest will not visit again to this hotel

Decent Rooms and Facilities. Nice Breakfast. TV was not working the first day and signals were very bad the second day

Old second hand AC were installed that were not working properly. Not at all recommended and not worth the money paid. Breakfast was also poor. Even after the hefty amount they were using Nutralite instead of butter.

Not provided good services. Not cleaning properly. But the food is awesome. staff management average.

Office staff is very very good , Bed sheets & blankets are average Breakfast buffet is good But problem is only one I mentioned all Adults & children age & number of guests in my booking ( 3 Adults & 4 children 08 ,10,13 ,15 ) Hotel Reception says they have only 1 Bed availability in Room so I pay extra 1500 for 2 beds in Room that is not good

very bad experience with hotel, it is actually a marriage palace and not a hotel. Poor quality food in breakfast, non cooperative staff,

Location is really good and the room was spacious. But their maintaining is below the mark, they don’t have enough staff, rooms and bedsheets were not clean, bathroom door was not locking, foods were oily, housekeeping was not also cooperating

Hiegine and cleaness was issue, there was smell in toilet and toilet door was not closing, breakfast was good

1. hotel looks beautiful from outside. well built. 2. ⁠interiors are pleasing with royal touch. 3. ⁠coming to room, these were the worst part. rooms are well spaced but amenities provided by hotel is insufficient. staff is not at all corporate and rude. 4. overall, for a sudden halt it’s okay but absolutely not for a leisure spending time place.

Hotel stay was awesome with all facilities. It is like royal ambience and breakfast was so delicious.

I booked this in around rs 3300 including breakfast plus taxes and in that price it’s a superb deal. Good rooms, excellent service and food.

Not maintained properly. Water heaters don’t work in such cold environment. Overall very poor or average experience.

Comfortable stay with family. Property is located near to almost all historical places. Easy to locate. Amenities are ok like. Room booked was royal suite but refrigerator of room no 209 was not functional and dirty however overall room didn't look like royal suite. Services are good they attended all calls for room service on priority. Need to improve their room ambience according to type of room.

Worst experience do not stay at hotel i have stay here for 3 nights but every night i have to change the room due to ac issue, rooms and wash room not clean, worst break fast only 2 3 things in options

Hotel was good. Bf was ok. No emergency medicine like dolo, penta available. Should have emergency medicine inhouse

It was a nice, comfortable stay. The staff was kind. The location was very good. The room's ac was good.
