Hotel RK-FAM STAY

Overall good experience.

Firstly the facilities provided in the room were not worth the price!! The bed was terrible , a spring bed! AC remote not working, they don’t provide Kettle for making our own coffee/tea/hot water at room! They don’t provide any sort of food - when even hotels with a lesser price offer complementary or paid breakfast these days!

Very decent hotel for the rate. Clean rooms for cheap rate. Parking available, hot water and Internet available.5 km from brigade Eswara temple. Lot of hotels nearby in walking distance …

It was a nice stay.. I could even extend my stay till evening.. bathroom was clean.. thanks to the team..

Rk-fam stay is good hotel. It is good for family. All are 2 bed room flats. Anyone can book the entire flat. To use the kichen as well as dining. We book only one room. It is nice stay

Good location, service and reception was prompt. Everyday campfire and music adds to fun. Their private on request trek is must try. Though food is on expensive side its tastes good. Rooms are clean, but if there are lot of kids in nearby rooms expect them to talk loud in verandah. We travel-led as couple and loved the hotel. Thank you mmt.

We 8 people stayed as a group. It is strategically located opposite to the 3rd gate of thanjavur medical college. We took 2 flats each containing two double bed rooms. For each flat they provide only two towels when there are 4 guests. For every guest they should provide towel. Other than this all things are ok.

We have reached property by evening 6:30,, our check in process is very simple and fast with in two minutes reached room, and roomes where neat and clean, its a like service apartment, we booked two rooms so we got complete flat, our children's are enjoyed, tv remotes were not working that to rectified within no time over all happy stay thank you

The rooms were clean, neat and well maintained. Good car parking facility was made available. Friendly customer service.

After returning from munnar we planned to visit thanjavur. On way i booked this stay by mm t very good and cheap. Near to brahadeeswara temple and park. They given parking with safety. Honestly cheap an worthy for stay

Good hotel, co-operative staff, newly built, all amenities were in good condition. Overall completely satisfied for the price we paid.

The booking could be accomplished at a competitive price as during the enquiry other than through makemytrip, it would have been costlier. The hotel staff also very cooperative. Only issue was with the landline connection. Yet overall we felt the stay very comfortable. Thank you

The room is very neat and clean, very comfortable, but when i was booked in makemy trip it was rs 846, but after i received a call from the hotel owner that it was wrong to enter the rate in make my trip and asked to pay rs 500 extra. Please avoid this type of confusion future.

Staff was nice. It was a room in 2bhk. They can start giving towels too. Raat of the things were good

Reached the property at 4pm but the room was still not ready. No basic amenities like towels, dental kit, toiletries and no hot water as well. The pathetic front desk won't bother at all. Even mm t was not helpful. Overall an awful experience.

They denied booking just previous night and said make my trip had double booking when tried to reach them back no response
