Hotel facilities are really poor. Even when i went for check-in hotel denied said the amount is less and to check-in you need to pay extra. I was stunned why i have to pay extra then i connect with the makemytrip customer executive she help me out and provide seamless checkin. But hotel is really really bad first they denied to gave me suite room although i book for suite then they gave deluxe room in which ac not working. Then on request they shift to another room in which fan is not working. Zero hospitality.

your hotel and service both are very good and fast, facility, other activity game, swimming pool, also are available and space are more, atmosphere are very comfortable 👌👍. the rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. i highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown ❤️

Terrible Stay

My experiance was worst, hotel shown in pictures was almost differ-ant & they denied to gave the booked room instead of which they allot another room which is terrible. The behavior of staff is also horrible. I felt like it was scam of fake rating & review of hotel to trap costumer.

During our stay enjoyed pool party for 2 hour. Amazing. Awesome, nice pool with rainy fall and jacuzzi. After pool party enjoy discothech and we bathroom singer sung lot of songs on karaoke. Thanks to hotel udaipur palace for good hospitality👍

Best hotel near Bus and Railway station

I like Rajasthani Traditional culture so when I enter in hotel udaipur palace parking there were so many paintings of Rajasthani Village culture it is very attractive and room painting is awesome I feel very honoured to stay in this hotel. All female staff are very polite. Specially vidhya madam and Lalita Madam is very caring and very polite with the guest. Food is very delicious😋Property is awesome. Cleanliness is everywhere reception is excellent with awesom selfie booths. Outside games enjoy like jhula, swimming pool with DJ party big ball, gun shoot, pin target, mini golf, badminton etc thanks to MakeMyTrip who suggest me this Value for money property.
