Good stay but difficult to find on map

While location is good, entire approach road is dug up and its difficult to find on Google maps. Direction Board is not visible during the night. Property and rooms are good, food is good, no hot water and absurd rule of providing Aadhaar card for all those staying at this property. Overall service is slow and they have limited staff. Good place to stay if visiting Mata Sharda Devi Temple, Maihar.

Sir with due respect, you made a mistake on your part by making a booking on another date when you wanted to visit on 1st january. We even tried to compensate you afterwards saying that we will adjust you in same amount on another date. Please if you don't have a genuine review about the hotel (beacuse you have not visited us) don't put up anything regarding anyone on these types of platform because review are meant for a hotel and not about your interaction with a person. Bad place to stay

Bad approach road to hotel, adjacent to railway station noise is loud. This place is infested with insects. Staff is untrained. overall experience not good. infrastructure is new so looks appealing.

Kindly read all the given information before making a booking as you we expecting a triple bed room in the price for an extra mattress in a deluxe room.
