familyPros: 1. Very good location, close to railway station. 2. Spacious and clean rooms 3. Quality of food at the restaurant was nice. Food menu for lunch and dinner were quite extensive. Cons: 1. The service by the staff was quite slow. Had to reminder multiple times for certain requests. 2. Most of the amenities in the room were not working, like tv, fridge and electronic locker. 3. The control of ac was at the reception. Never heard of this. We had to call the reception for switching in the ac. 4. The room rates we high compared to the overall experience. I would think twice before paying this amount for the room we got. Overall a decent place to spend a day or so but it definitely requires improvement in room and services.

familyMy self, my mother and my daughter stayed there from 23 rd to 26th september. Room was excellent and location is perfect. It takes around 5 minutes to reach railway station. Other spots like zoo is not far away. But food is very delicious but little bit costly
