I stayed for a night and hotel is too good. Rooms are very clean, Ambience was very good, food was very tasty. 5 out of 5

Their is no mobile network in hotel. Breakfast quality is also poor. Menu of breakfast is very limited. Wi-fi not working properly. Check in time is too long 30 minutes.

I had a lovely stay at basant vihar hotel. The staff was courteous, prompt and very helpful. The check out and check in was super smooth. The rooms were majestic, clean and has nice big bathroom. The breakfast was sumptuous and tasty. The food was very good but they could increase the quantity a bit. Overall i will recommend this hotel.

Well maintained rooms! Courteous staff. nearby from city centre so transport is easy!! Prefer auto over car for roaming around!!

I was on a family trip to bikaner and jaisalmer. When i booked this hotel, i was a little confused about the service, rooms and location but once we reached there, we were quite happy with everything. The hotel is with rajasthan architecture, there is no noise because it's located in a quiet place, rooms are spacious and clean, the reception is small but manageable, and the food is just fine. The staff at the restaurant are very welcoming and hospitable. They will try to adjust all your needs. I must recommend this hotel to everyone. Special attention- check in on time to enjoy the hotel facilities. It's a veg hotel, if you are a meat lover, you have to find a restaurant in the city for a meal. All the best

Hotel building is a heritage property sold by royal family to bikaji group. Although structure was fascinating but not maintained properly. Food was very good but bit costly. Hotel is located bit far from the city center but that doesn't matter much as there is nothing much to see in the city as such. Hotel staff was courteous. They must have their traveldesk to help tourists to get to their preferred destination at fixed rates.

It is a nice property with vast area. One old palace has been renovated to hotel. Overall staffs are cordial and helpful. Rooms are cosy. Though general food is veg, during breakfast they serve eggs. Also there is no objection for bringing food through food delivery apps, but need to consume only in your room. Location is close to lallgarh palace

The room was very well decorated, the bathroom was big and clean. The only problem was that there was no hot water available in the bathroom and because of that we could not take our bath.
