Management is good but we have faced a few things that I would like to mention.. 1) Either hot water or cold water, nothing in between which is weird. 2) The food menu was amazing but availability was almost nil. 3) Coffee/Tea sachet provided only once. However, appreciate the owner as we have checked in early without any hiccups.

I experienced one of the best hotel stay I've had ,the staffs were extremely sincere and kind.The rooms were super clean and tidy. I had my exam till 12:30, so the hotel staff themselves offered us to extend our check out time to 1-2 PM without any extra charge I would give 10/10 for cleanliness,quick service,and good behaviour of staffs The hotel care taker uncle was really nice and helpful,they even adjusted my breakfast to earlier than their own dchedu as I had to leave for exam. I had a 3 day stay here & the hotel didn't provide me water for the rest 2 days except for the 1st day, whereas one bottle of water is complimentary per day & when I ordered, they charged for it. The Hotel didn't have any proper Breakfast facilities. They will give you 1 paratha or Puri sabji, in case you ask for one more extra, then will charge extra. For a bowl of Curd they charged me Rs. 90/- whereas a Aloo Paratha along with the same bowl of Curd in their is also 90/-. They charge you extra if you are not careful about the same. Manager is very rude here. He doesn't know what services are included in the package. He argued & mistreated me without even knowing the complete details. When I asked for the proper bill he kept on delaying for the extra money charged. Otherwise the owner is good.

New property with EXCELLENT SPACE AND INTERIOR. FEEL SO PREMIUM IN AFFORDABLE BUDGET. LOCATION IS ALSO PREMIUM AS IT IS NEAREST TO @NAUKA VIHAR @ GOR-Temple @Street market - Golghar, all are under 10km of distance. I will recommend to stay here.. @ STAFFS ARE SO MUCH COPERATIVE...
