Terrible location, tough to reach the property. Food was ok, service was poor, broken phone, need to ask again and again for same thing.

Bad and rude behaviour by the staff and not giving the proper bill as per taken

Towel was not in good condition and for our guest meeting with us there is always knocking and asking for no entry

Food quality is good but services and staff support is completely lacking. General courtesy and expression of restaurant manager and front desk staff is disappointing. Hotel construction and basic amenities is the best of this hotel for khagaria area but professional behaviour is lacking.

Infrastructure and staff is good but manager is full lethargic and do not accommodate any of our requests.

hotel 🏨 is okay.but,in the washroom no handwash.fridge is not 🚫 working.no iron.no hair drying machine & no lift 🛗 in this hotel 🛏️. loketion is not 🚫 good.in the reception a uncle his faceexpression is not 🚫 well ❤️‍🩹 he never smiled & speak 🗣️ not 🚫 polite rude speak 🙊.

Dewdrop yashraj was great with its cleanliness and hospitality. I never expected to the level of service and cleanliness in khagaria but to my surprise, dewdrop yashraj outperformed. I didn't pick any pic, so couldn't share

One of the best hotel in khgaria. It was very good comfortable stay. Staff are very ploite. Food test is very good. Must recommend hotel devdrop yashraj hotel.

No toilet paper in bathroom no brush provided no shampoo no soap not given slippers tv was working but channel were not coming dute to non payment of tata sky pack window was not getting locked. Foods were over priced no one was available to carry your bags to your room. Except these every thing was good room was neat and clean and also bathroom. Morning breakfast was delicious and testy.

I had an excellent stay at yashraj dewdrop. The hotel rooms are very modern and spacious and match five star international standards. It was a pleasant surprise to find such a nice hotel in khagaria. However, more care can be taken by management to keep the lift and lobby area clean to maintain the five star standard.

location was ok kind of, food was terrible, in terms of hygine room was average intially AC was not working they sent some guy after 3 hours of check-in. in room they didn't provided towels etc.there was lack of staffe in hotel.they didn't give room service for dinner/tea/coffee etc. Reciptonist was totally unprofessional and untrained
