not a deluxe room. I booked deluxe but they alloted normal room it has a/c, tv, others. no water for complementary they charged Rs 30 per litre water bottle complementary breakfast just normal idly, uppuma, and unboiled drumstick saambar. most important ther is no any grill for windows. it's simply sliding glass. so simply some person may enter through the window. fortunately I dont have just like that. but my opinion that should be grilled . over all just o.k. 3 star out of 5

It was good. But water heat is the problem. Because from morning 5 to afternoon only available. That's also not hot enough. Apart from that everything is fine.

A budget hotel with poor maintenance, just taking advantage of the demand on being close to the bus stand. Other than the location, everything else is below average

our stay at this hotel was excellent and the staff was very friendly.

Room service was something we expected in a deluxe ac room since it is a centralized ac hotel we have bo flexibility in having the cool as we expect the location, parking is good but improvements are welcome

Initially i was quite apprensive on this. I have now realised that booking through your portal is quite smooth and hassle free offering wide range of options. Leveraging technology you seem to be making every deal as transperant as possible although i felt this may be improved further. For example your policy and response on refund should there be any dispute/change in booking.

The hotel is very old and overpriced. The outdated decor and worn-out furniture create an unpleasant atmosphere. Despite the friendly staff, the high rates do not justify the poor condition of the facilities. I would not recommend staying here until significant renovations are made.

Only south indian traditional vegetarian food is available. Toilets are clean but fittings are poorly maintained. Toilet flush was not working in my room

Pipes are leaking. Switches on bedside are shaky and broken. Toilet commod water leaking. Not a happy experience. Tito much sugar in tea.

Hotel was very good, good hospitality, breakfast was nice, room was neat and clean.

The hotel is at the centre of the town/city and well maintained. Staffs are polite with good hospitality experience really recommend

Hotel is badly maintained reception person gave a wrong room without checking the booking saw a rat in the restaurant, though the food was good. We had booked a suite which was neat and tidy overall the hotel badly needs renovations.

Not worth the money. Very unclean and smelling rooms.

Total disappointment, would never recommend anyone to go after this hotel

1st thing aarti hotels treating booking clients are different as they are getting less compareitively less. ñext room is not worth for rs including tax. they charged even for water bottle 15rs bottle charged for rs 30.
