This hotel is good facility and location. Stay is very nice. Room is very clean. I am happy for travel. This hotel is nearest from Bhandardara Dam and hill station Kalsubai. I am very happy for stay in hotel I m visit again.

Only one person at hotel staff, no one picks call at reception, no food options, no hot water available in washroom, water comes from tap also gives bad smell, rooms were smelly, no WiFi, no water bottle according to room charges. Overall very bad experience.

The room tariff was 800 for non AC and 900 for AC. I booked non AC room with MMT and paid rs 912 after discount. The amount paid by me was high as compared to the tariff displayed in the lodge. Hotel.

Pathetic hotel, no room service, totally unhygienic, no care takers, and they don't bother about the customers. Plus the rates on makemytrip are higher than the actual. In the same premises, there is a hotel Pushkaraj which is way better!

Hotel is average. Facilities of Wi-Fi was not available as said in the room. There was no hot water because of there solar problem. But hotel management made the facility of hot water. Over all good facilities. Average hotel to stay.

The pillow cover has not been changed. On 23. 02. 2018 early morning while we're preparing power tripped off in room no. 306, not rectified till vacating. The maintenance was very poor. Carry your own bedspread & bed cover

Worst hotel ever. They are not even aware that there is a booking. No food facility. Lift not working. Testless breakfast. Nothing good to say about hotel. Total waste of money. Highly disappointed ...

Even though the location is good the hotel rooms are worse there were some cockroaches and the beds were broken. The toilet was old style and not clean at all, other services like service bell or intercom was out of order and had to rush to reception every time for any service required in the room. Overall not recommended for business class travel.

Not at all good hotel, we had a function there & hoped that the hotel room will be good but the room was lacking basic amenities, no towels, no complimentary water, no glasses, no soaps etc . & No phone to call someone

Service is poor. Front desk staff is unprofessional. Bills for payments done are not recorded properly and no cash receipt issued at their own. After insisting for cash receipt, one small receipt was given without details. After I left the hotel, next day A call was made by staff that your payment is due. On telling them that I have the receipt, the person said that it may be other staff.. Room service not done and told by the restaurant to take permission from the front desk.

Third Class Hotel, How you MMT People gave chance to these kind of people. They are horrible. They dont know the desciplane. Without knocking anyone can come and go to anyones room how it can be allowed? Horrible experience. And you MMT people let me know you were mentioned check in time as 12 pm and we checked in at Mo ring 8 am due to we reached early Mo ring to this place. And there is no one to say that you came in wrong time or your check in time is at 12 but instead of they gave one unhygienic room and make us to stay. And after 12 they are coming and asking money for one day how this people can do this to their customer. And they coming and coming knocking and knocking room doors. Is this a way to treat the family customers. We fed up and We checked out our room at 4 pm and they took two days rent from us. And in MMT site there is option to select our check in times if we travel overnight journey and reach our destination in early Mo ring so wat we should we do shall we wait for our check in times out side of the hotel? Any how Please Don't make your stay at this hotel. Especially with family. Very Bad experience at this hotel. And this is not safe also.

Very bad experience with MMT ... The service of MMT is really very bad. They show wrong pics of room and provide us wrong info about hotel. Don't book hotel from MMT. MMT gives 1050 rs from me. Hotel receptionist told me that tarif of this room is 500rs. Only. Description of room. Really Hotel is Good and Staff is a good. Kichen and Food is a good. Service good
