excellent stay and good staff very near by to railway station this hotel is at centre place of the city

Property was an average in term of service & cleanliness but all sights are near by like golden temple ,railway station ,market& bus stand. Specially in room window is not avaialable.Not suitable for office work as Wifi is not working properly.Food is not so good.

The staff was very polite and cooperative, and the rooms were neat and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel for a family or couple stay.

it was worth visiting the treehouse hotel , I went there with my family our room was a deluxe room which was good but we had an infant with us and the hotel management did a courtesy and gave us a junior suite ! I highly recommend this place in Amritsar.

This hotel had maintenance issues and we were asked to check in to adjacent hotel which is their property only. But this information was given only when we reached there, and was not informed prior. Hotel staff mentioned they will be giving same standard room, but that was not the case. Room size was smaller, amenities compared to room booked were less. No welcome drink provided, no inhouse slippers, no sofaset was present in another room. Hotel staff kept on insisting that same room quality but it was not. Room provided was not having window also. They offered for full refund and cancellation of booking, but I was not in a position to look for another hotel with all the luggage and family members. Hotel staff never tried to compensate with the blunder they did. Room provided was good enough, but it's not the worth for amount I had used for booking.

Everything was good except the rooms. The room quality should have been better as there was no windows and also some of the essentials were not there. We have to ask for them to get it.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Kamalpreet for accommodating our early check in request. You were so kind and beautiful. Thank you.

The rooms were very dark not much natural light Food was not good we had ordered dal and rice and dal had extra salt in it and But next day we ordered bread butter toast , it was good Wash room had no working water jet for which we complained and they fixed it immediately but it was still leaking We had two rooms so the other rooms TV was not working and we complained 2-3time but still it was not repaired nor started. The staff was helful in sense that they guided us good about the place and landmarks

Room was ok, washrooms are very small.Although hygiene was very good Breakfast taste is also very average with limited options. Location is very good as it is very near to railway station.

The location of hotel Was good easier to travel and explore the city . Food was also good Comfortable stay and the rooms were clean.

Stay was good...nice hospitaity....but plumbing issue in one of the room. Also, breakfast was good & tasty but buffet not available.

Bed was quite small to accomodate 3 persons2 adults and 1 child. No food service was provided till 9 pm. Aweful experience

no tea before 8 am was a disappointment. Bed size comparatively smaller even for premium rooms. Rest everything was good. Hotel is in the heart of the city so every tourist place is nearby. Clean rooms and corridors with all basic amenities.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The biggest highlight was being offered an early check-in at 9 in the morning, which made my experience even better. It's always a relief when hotels go out of their way to accommodate guests. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was inviting. I really appreciated the excellent service throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience!

1 no service on time 2 time to time electricity problem 3 i choose suite but it was not like any suite 4 worthless experience
