room was clean. polite behaviour by staff. good location of hotel . but ac wasn't functioning properly. but service was quick

Location, food and stay are fine. but the shower facility did not seem to work during my stay, and for the amount per day, the room should have atleast had a balcony for the amazing view. Staff was very good, quickly responded. It is a decent stay and at an ideal location.

The Location of the property is good however the rooms could have improved hygiene. They have a nice lobby area and the staff were coorperative.

The hotel was very badly maintained. The linen wasn't clean. The rooms were dirty. The windows had probably not been cleaned in ages. The cupboards for storing the clothes were inside the bathroom and it was dirty and fungus infested. Overall the room was in bad shape.

I would like to share feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience: 1.The room had a persistent, unpleasant odor throughout my stay. 2.The floor was damp and had noticeable moisture, making it uncomfortable to walk on. 3.The bedding also had a bad odor, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. 4.I had to follow up multiple times for room service, which was frustrating and caused unnecessary delays. Overall, these issues made my stay very unpleasant. I hope you will address these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.

very terrible experience. If you go through online booking they will give you the worst room as they know guest has nothing to do. I was traveling with my family and newborn baby. At the time of check in they give the worst room. Even they denied for hot water at night they said it will be provided in morning. Staffs were very rude. Boys for room service everytime ask for tip. If you don't give they they will not entertain you

nothing was pre-provided in the room... Had to ask for every single thing including towels, soap, tea kit. food was also not upto the mark.

Rooms are unhygiene, toilets are in pathetic condition. Even no toilet soap, towel and hand towel are provided. Food was average.

Room and ARea is good but bath rooms are not clen. the Hotel have to take care of this. And food is also good

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and good location. Nice park nearby for walks. Breakfast was good.

Negatives - Rooms too small and very unclean. Bathroom fittings were damaged. Towels were so old that fine threadings can be observed. Bedcover appears dirty.

Hotel has zero amenities,and it's price is too high as compared to hotels with similar facilities.Hotel is overrated.

Hotel has very good fooding. economic and good taste. Service is also good. Staffs are cooperative. But the Rooms need urgent renovations. Specially bathroom fittings commode etc.

It was not a great stay but a decent one... early check in allowed to me and a quiet hotel... little work is to be done on maintenance of property which is not great

It was a lovely staying in Hotel PEARL..very neat & clean.with tasty food, cooperative staff & availability of small mall..trevel agency near by... captivating atmosphere for morning walk..enjoyed a lot..though only for 2 days wish could enjoyed more days.

All staff are very nice,valuable hotel I want to recommend my friends. Only room cleaning requires timely. Otherwise, all are good .

The staying experience was good. Rooms need to be renovated. Painting needs to be done in the room. Breakfast quality was good.
