It is good for staying, with good services and food as well. Receiving customers is very good and staying with family is pleasant.

Perfect weekend escape from the workaholic grind! Stayed for 2 days and loved every moment. The water rides are fun and the accommodation is cozy and comfortable. Beautiful location right beside the East Kolkata Wetlands. Special mention to Debjit Da and Bivas Da – they were incredibly helpful and always just a call away to resolve any queries. Their hospitality made our stay truly comfortable. Only suggestion: the WiFi service needs improvement as it's quite slow at times. Overall, highly recommend if you need a refreshing break with a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation!

Aquatica Banquet in Kolkata is one of the best destinations for fun, relaxation, and entertainment! The water park offers a great variety of rides and pools that are perfect for families and friends. What makes it even more special is that it also hosts grand concerts featuring world-famous singers and celebrities like Shreya Ghoshal, Arijit Singh, Diljit Dosanjh, and even Ed Sheeran — making every visit extra memorable! The ambience is lively, and the facilities are quite well maintained. Food options are decent, though there’s room for a bit more variety and faster service during rush hours. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to enjoy a full day of thrill and music in Kolkata! Highly recommended for both fun-seekers and music lovers.

Earlier two experience was good but this time it’s average. A/C and TV was not working. This is fourth time we have been here. First and this 4th stay was average other two was good. And we love the breakfast here earlier but this time there was not more choices to have.

It was a bad stay... the room was very dirty... the staff's behavior was very rude... the response of the staff was not good... I will not recommend this hotel to anyone... they were demanding extra money and even making fake charges... this hotel has been my worst experience till now... I will never book in this hotel again.

the resort is beautiful. room with balcony was provided with a view of lake and dusting sunset it was stunning. the room itself was quite spacious, neat and clean. the bathroom however needs improvement. The staff were cordial.

Everything was good except there were too many lizards crawling on the wall of the property outside the room

Very bad experience

Staffs are good, rooms are good but it doesn’t have ceiling fan only A/C & room service are pretty good.

Firstly guests are not allowed in the room and food prices specially plait Roti and eggs items are too high.

Good stay,, specious and clean room & bathroom. food was up to the mark.. the staff were helpful and polite.
