My experience at The orchard green resorts was a delight from start to finish. The food was good and tasty. The staff was friendly.

At one part of resort construction was going on, My 4yr kid spit on the room floor due to dust & mosquito in the room and hotel housing keeping staff denied to clean the floor. Not friendly staff atall. Parking area was full of iron nail from the construction dump, total messed up parking, very frequent power cuts

they need to go for pest control there are mice in the room and they disturb your sleep early in the morning . The food is good, the service is great , and the facilities are great.

average view from hotel.....food was not upto the mark except chicken curry .service is good. money minded approach of management. Booked family room with additional bed but due to technical glitch, one child of 7 year not added during booking,without requrement of additional bed nor they have provided additional mattress they have charged me additional 1100 .This policy is sheer loot of money.

The location and room was very good but there was dismantling work of the old building going on and creating unnecessary noise during my stay in the room and also the parking area was not properly maintained.

The physical aspects of the stay were excellent. The place and the rooms were nice and clean, which made for a very comfortable environment. However, the level of service was highly disappointing. I called the reception three separate times seeking assistance to start the television. Each time, I was given an assurance that someone would be sent right away to help. Despite these promises, no staff member ever arrived to resolve the issue. While I appreciate the clean and pleasant accommodations, the complete failure to follow through on a promised service request, even after calling thrice, significantly detracted from the overall stay. Consistency in service is essential, and unfortunately, it was lacking here.

Room and food is nice we had an issue with our room and they have upgraded it after understanding their mistake so over all a good stay

Very good place to live in manali , near to old manali party place room are spacious service of staff is also awesome just they have to improve in variety of food in breakfast quality of food is very good

Location and amenities were good and pool was also worth it.the hotel had cream crowd and everyone was minding their own business.

We have stayed for 2 days, and it was a wonderful experience. The room and view were amazing. Everything, running hot water and the room, was centralized, heated, giving us so much comfort. Special thanks to Renu Thakur, who helped us allot, also updated our room, and helped us to understand the local location.

It was a pleasant stay, staff is amazing food is good overall a good place to stay and relax with your loved once or even family.

I did not have a good experience at this hotel. The entrance is shabby, located on a very narrow, road that leads to the parking area. From there, you have to take an elevator to reach the reception, which is quite inconvenient. The staff appeared inexperienced and spoke very little English, making communication difficult. Despite their polite demeanor, they were not very helpful or efficient. Although the hotel claims that breakfast is available from 8:00 a.m., we found almost nothing in the buffet even at 8:20 a.m. The staff seemed unprepared, and the options were extremely limited. There were also multiple power cuts during our stay, and at one point the power kept flickering on and off repeatedly for several seconds, which was very Finally, there was no hot water available around 8:00 a.m. when we wanted to shower. The staff claimed it was due to inclement weather, but it was only lightly outside — hardly an excuse. Overall, the hotel was poorly maintained, poorly managed, and not worth the price. I would not recommend staying here.
