Good staff and good food

stay was good, food was delicious and at reasonable rate, staff behaviour very good, one negative for me is that I booked room with bathtub however there was no provision to stop water in the bathtub when I asked staff they told that same has been removed by them so that hot water is not used in large amount, then what is the use of selecting room with bathtub.

Near to mall road and room is clean with beautiful scene , good hospitality and delicious food and staffs are very humble and helpful

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and outstanding service. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making our holiday truly special.

The view was good along with the location. The staffs were very helpful and food was good as well.

Hotel royal regency’s experience not so good. Hotel management said they don’t have dental kit as well as hair dryer. They don’t have hot water facilities 24 hours. They denied us to use bathtub because their hot geyser operates with solar panels. So when sunlight is gone. Geyser dont work. Its just 3 star hotels with limited facilities. And breakfast was very bed they have only 3-4 items in breakfast.

Good ambient rooms and nice interior…good food at restaurant …need to improve on amenities and room service.

Everything was good like room service, staff behaviour, food was tasty, location was good etc. Everything was up to the mark.

Best part was poha that we ordered for our breakfast - fresh n delicious and in food worst part was tea - pols dont order old hotel - old decor - old bath tubs in washroom short on staff - same person was the bell boy, restaurant manager, room service boy relatively clean - no cockroaches - clean but old linen - clean but old towels no clean water in washroom taps

Good looking, amazing view from the room balcony. I booked super deluxe with private balcony. Cons: during winter. Room heater to be provided at free of cost. Adding that amenity as chargeable. Food cost at hotel is costlier double the rates. Bonfire not provided

When we checked in the hotel rainfall started and we were very cold and i thought i couldn’t stay for one other day but the hotel staff and their service helped us a lot and we were lucky enough to enjoy heavy snowfall and we had a great time. I am thankful to the hotel staff for helping us and i look forward to more stays with them. I recommend this hotel to everyone as you will also have a great time as we did.

Hotel staff behaviour is very good and breakfast quality is also. Room cleaning and service is very good.

Key pointers: * the staff is very polite, professional and cooperative. * neat and clean premise and rooms. * food is also good with reasonable price. * management is always ready to assist. * in my case, hotel checkout time was 11:00 am and my return bus time was 6:30 pm. They also provided me with a cloakroom facility to keep my luggage there, change cloths and waiting area facility as well. * mountain view from balcony is awesome. Once again, thank you very much to royal regency team.
