The experience was Poor. I had booked Maureen hotel for a staycation with my family The things that I did not like are as follows The locks were broken The rooms stinked with Alcohol and smoky smell There was no hot water in the washroom, we had to repeatedly call the reception The switches and flush key were coming out in hands It was horrible

Great location and good facilities

We booked premium rooms. Felt room size were small compared to cost we paid. However, they have other rooms that are bigger. Location is 5 star. All facilities available in about 500 mtr. I cut my finger badly at midnight from blade and had to get stiches, found an emergency room near by and got treated. In house food service is also great. It was very tasty and had varied options.

Good stay but with a filthy stay in washroom.

Only thing I disliked is flush not working in the toilet and smell coming out in washroom from drainage perhaps. Room was small but cozy. AC was working fine and toiletries were standard.

The stay was good… The view from the room was also nice. I have no issue regarding the stay. The only concern was regarding one food preparation which what asked wasn’t provided the same… Golden fried prawn was asked and tandoori prawn was served

It was the most horrible experience ever. I went to celebrate my sister's birthday but the whole day was ruined due to mismanagement by the hotel. first the check in was delayed by half an hour, then each and every food order was messed up. they either forgot the items or sent something inedible. The room wouldn't open with the key card, even their own staff couldn't open it. The floor and lobby were literally slippery due to vapour from the ac's. All in all a horrible experience. DO NOT VISIT

I stayed 4 nights at The Maureen. Classy and cozy rooms. Great entrance lobby. Top notch cleanliness services. Great view from window. Nice table chair for writing/ working on laptop. (Suggestion : the electricity sockets were covered and it wasn’t really user friendly to plug in chargers.)

It was an amazing experience. The Staff was friendly when we were in hurry They never hesitated to pack our room. Service order on the go. The food was amazing. The bar menu was good. The room was spacious enough. Good to visit with family and friends, amazing hospitality.
