Very high price against the quality offered

Food is average and bathroom is having problems. Housekeeping problem in solving the issues.

Good stay at Fern, 20 minutes away from the Airport.... Breakfast was decent with limited options, I stayed in Winter Green Room

Food, amenities and services were good, location also easily accessible. Only issue with MakeMyTrip is no clear details while booking. The room which I booked was not given to me. Also was with family so I requested lunch while leaving which was denied by the hotel.

We had booked 4 rooms at this property, expecting at least a decent level of hospitality, but it turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences ever. I will never recommend anyone to stay here. 1. Non-functional contact number: The phone number listed on MMT and Google was not working. We had no way to reach the hotel for assistance or queries before arrival, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. 2. No one at the gate: On reaching the property, the gate was locked. We kept honking, but the gatekeeper was nowhere to be seen. After a tiring journey, being left waiting outside with no staff in sight was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. 3. No basic facilities: There was no refrigerated water or ice available at the hotel. These are very basic necessities for guests, and not having them shows complete mismanagement and lack of care for customer comfort. 4. Rude and unprofessional room service: The room service staff made it clear that if we wanted to order food, we should order everything at once, as they would not serve repeatedly. Such arrogance and lack of courtesy from hotel staff is unacceptable. Despite booking multiple rooms, the service and facilities were absolutely below standard. Overall, this was the worst experience of staying for a night, and I strongly advise others not to waste their money or peace of mind here.

Fern Kesarval Hotel & SPA Verna Plateau, GOA is situated in a nice location and very near to the Industries. Actually I went to SIEMENS COMPANY on an official purpose. This hotel is very near to SIEMENS. The food is very nice. Safe place to stay when you are with your family. I have not utilised the SPA facility, as I am busy with my preoccupied schedules.

Six night stay for official work. clean room with comfortable living. we have been staying there for number of times but this time a marked improvement was seen in services and specially restaurant food and services. Specially one aMr Deepak and Shrimanthan who were not only polite but also gave good service.House keeping was excellent and Mr Sahil services were commendable. One advise to management is that a hotel vehicle should always be available for emergency services like if one suddenly need to visit doctor/hospital. The food was good specially room service . Resturent was full during breakfast . The staff at restaurant was not trained and when I sat outside they almost refused to give me cutlery

Hello, I was there for one night last night. I stayed there, but the rooms were very very smelly, could not sleep properly, to be honest.

Hi, The location of hotel was good for people travelling to Verna industrial estate. I got MAP plan for which dinner options were limited also service was too slow. I asked for roti till my dinner got complicated I did not get it. Front desk staff was rude I wanted 1 printout for urgently they denied to provide it. Overall rooms were ok, gym was small ‘ looking like 20-30 yrs old .

The location is ideal for business commuters as it is centrally located to reach out to all industrial areas. However, the property seems to be in partnership with some Kesarval Group, which I think has more say on policies and guest experiences than Fern! My booking had a "Complimentary Early Check-In" offer, which was brushed off saying its subject to availability, and they are fully booked and can not offer (informed by a junior guy at a desk) however when approached a senior representative, he informed that Early check in is avl on chargeable basis (contradicting claims of fully booked hotel). The Complimentary fruit platter was also given at the time of check out after me asking for it. The restaurant has limited Jain Food options, and in breakfast, you need to stick to what's available on the buffet, which is jain. They seemed to be less interested in offering any options to compensate non availability. Veg Kolhapuri in dinner was full of oil and again, the waiters seemed to be disinterested in making anything new and encouraged me to take the buffet. There was no F&B manager to come check on the guests about their needs / feedback. The room was spacious and comfortable. Overall it's was an average experience.

The Stay was good. However, the Basic Services have been provided. Transport Services were not good. They could not provide Airport Drop as they have only one taxi and Driver was tired. Their Charges are variable very much according to the rush of the stay.

I stayed here for two nights and had an excellent experience. The food was of very high quality, and the staff were extremely cooperative, courteous, and attentive. A particularly memorable aspect was the evening ritual — the lighting of diyas (Sandhya Aarti) — conducted for the well-being of nature and good health, which added a very serene and spiritual touch to the stay. I would especially like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Sanjay, the Duty Manager, for his warm hospitality. He treated us with great care and guided us throughout, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and pleasant.

First of all the rooms were very average. Bed springs were in bed condition. two mattresses joint for double bed so person in middle will have to suffer the mattress joint. AC was not working but was turned on upon request. Dinning speed was terrible. it's buffet but still was taking 40-50 mins for order to be served. overall very poor rating. I have had very good experience in two other Fern resort, by far this is most terrible one.

Hotel location was very good just near to highway, rooms are clean , service is also very good, campus are surrounding with nature, good atmosphere at all

Average Breakfast and Very Average Buffet dinner. They need to improve alot in this. Rest everything is fine

I had gone to Goa for a business visit and Fern Kesarval Hotel is close to Verna Industrial Estate as well as close to Dabolim airport. Hotel is neat and clean. However Food choices are very limited (Dinner) so as Break Fast. Hotel staff are polite, however they needs to be trained on customer orientation.

We had booked this hotel for 2 nights, as we thought we got a good deal. just an average place to stay, located near the industrial area. To & fro to the city is time consuming. I will not recommend it to the family, check-in was smooth, unfortunately we were told as we had booked from MMT ( THIRD PARTY) selective pointers are available from the complimentary list. Rooms were ok, they do need maintenance, there is no mountain view to the room as the hotel is located very close to the highway. Breakfast had less no. of item (not as shown in the picture) live counter dosa & omelette are saving. The restaurant staff was prompt in the service Thanks to Ms Ranchita & Mr Vaibhav and staff members. We thought it would have been a great stay, but we were disappointed. The staff needs a lot of training, they need to know how to speak with the quest.(maintain the tone & pitch of the voice). As it was raining we could not use the pool, but the pool was in good condition. Spa was NOT operational.
