Sukhman Residency

I had a very bad experience at Sukhmani Residency. The rooms were not clean, the service was poor, and the staff seemed unresponsive to basic requests. The facilities shown online were not the same in reality. Overall, it was not worth the price, and I would not recommend staying here.

the washroom is not clean, the charging point is not working on one room , room tv is not working I have booked so many hotel in different location from MMt but I am not satisfied with this hotel service and hotel manager behaviour

Visited gor second time, nice stay good room , just one thing the blanket was smelling of socks, staff is very well behaved and helpful just housekeeping needs to be improved

there is no food facility available in this property & also they done have proper cleaning staff rest the room is good it's near to railway station

They didn't allowed ac in the rooms as its written there while booking, rest service is lazy, fans not working in proper speed. Must distanced from the main destination of amritsar golden temple

Tottly 3rd class property to much smeel in the washroom there is not working wifi properly also no ac remote provide mirror also dirty blankets is like a pick from road side dusty and smelly no hand wash i call then he provide soap overall i suggestion to remove this hotel from list otherwise all guest waste money and time

Fabulous deal luxurious stay within low package room was clean like five star feel must book this rooms if anyone visit in amritsar.

Location and room is good but no room service even tea is not served when asked for, only you get is water. I stayed at 4th floor where there is no wifi also. If you can't provide tea you should provide with electric kettle and dip tea. I am staying here from last 3 years when i went to amritsar but previously they provide tea also. Now no room service.

Its very peaceful and calm place to stay in amritsar easily acssible to swarna mandir clean rooms all is one

Worst experience ever. They didn't have tv connection, even wifi too. Staff was cooperative. Receptionist was loose tempered person. He didn't know how to talk with tourist. I ordered for morning tea he said, " ji abhi nah i aayegi, aapko intezaar krna padega, banegi to beta denge ". But one thing rooms are in good condition. But didn't had intercom service. No power supply in night after complaining you they changed our room after one day. Overall very bad experience.

Property is located at queen's road golden temple is 2kms away hotel is fine staff is friendly fair is also economical i visited there in january so required hot water but geyser wasn't there in the bathroom that was the only shortcoming rest is fine

Wifi was not available, cleaning also not up to standard. Suport staff was not at the hotel, only care taker handling all guests

Nice clean budget hotel, close to railway station and also close to main road, i stayed for 1 night with family, no kitchen, brought snacks from outside

Services are not good. Cleaning is average not good. No foods are available. Tea coffee are also not available. Tv was not working in the room and no one has repaired also.

Waste of money no electricity and bad smell in roomf

I have been on trip. First katra then jammu and last amritsar but my last booking of hotel at amritsar was great at that price and i and my family members are happy.

Amenities and services are poor and the our check in was delayed because the room was unavailable and the cleanliness was also poorly maintained
