Room is well arranged and hygienic. The staff members are good and cooperative. Easy stay.

As per invoice one air port transfer is free but they charged for the same and secondly breakfast is very poor. I am wondering how they get such good rating in make my trip

The morning staff were super friendly and made our stay pleasant. However, the night staff could definitely work on their attitude and customer service. Hope they can brush up on their hospitality skills!

Review of Olivia Hotel, Delhi The stay did not match the high online ratings. The experience was below expectations and left me dissatisfied. The rating seems inflated compared to the actual condition of the property. 1. The hotel is located deep inside a narrow interior lane, making access difficult. Cars can barely enter, and Uber drivers were not willing to drive inside, asking to drop outside instead. 2. The mattress was uncomfortable, with springs poking through, making it difficult to sleep. 3. Basic toiletries such as toothpaste and toothbrush were not provided. 4. The geyser did not heat water properly, so even a warm shower wasn’t possible. 5. The TV in the room did not work at all. 6. No water flask or tea/coffee setup was provided in the room, something that is usually included even in basic stays. 7. Breakfast was not a buffet as advertised. Only one item could be ordered, with no variety. 8. A majority of the amenities listed at the time of booking (roughly 70%–80%) were either missing or not functioning. Based on this stay, I would not recommend this property.

Had a pleasant stay! The property was clean and well-maintained, staff was polite and helpful. Food quality was good and location was convenient for nearby travel. Overall, great value for money — would recommend staying here again.
