La Vaiencia beach resort

Location is excellent just walking from butterfly beach, peaceful and green. Stayed for 2 days and found it good for a peaceful stay.

Very good experience. Must stay place in Morjim. Staff is very helpful. Rooms are very clean.

Worst place ive ever been to. Not at all wort the money. Pathetic service. Partial sea view is not at all a Partial Seaview, unless you consider 5% as partial seaview at a very far distance. We spent 2 days out of our 5 days stay trying to resolve the stay issues with the ops manager and general manager instead of enjoying our vacation. We had called several times before going to make sure everything was in order for our vacation. At the in-house restaurant they did not have seafood available. Dint know that restaurants in Goa dint server seafood. The staff is not trained at all. Dint know what a finger bowl is. A thing as simple as that is not at all acceptable. We had to change rooms twice. They lacked cleanliness. The bedsheets had holes in it. In the second room we got, the fridge was unserviced, very dirty and had items from one of the prior guests. The kettle was very dirty with spider webs in it. Called for a clean one and that was also very dirty. Had to send it back for cleaning. In the name of Laundry service they only provide you with an iron to iron your own clothes. The place also lacked security, our room wouldn't lock with the key. And even when we managed locking it, it was easy to break into by pushing it hard. The list goes on and on. Dont recommend this place to anyone.

Stay was good although it’s raining season but resort and rooms were neat and clean, parking could be little better.

It was good stay, food ambience ,room were all up to the mark and best part it is nearest to beach only 70m if beach access

the hotel staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. The room amenities were nicely done spacious,and room were very comfortable, the restaurant food was too tasty.

The property is located very close to Morjim beach, one of the best in this budget here. The pool and overall areas have been maintained clean and hygienic. Though the restraunt isn't 24 hours, the food is amazing. Worth trying their breakfast as well. Dedicated open parking is available for cars.

I have never seen such worst resort in my life. No cleanliness, all bed sheets dirty. Lot of cobwebs and cob in room. In restaurant I found insect in Tea and drinking water. Swimming pool was not clean and having more frogs than human. I left resort within a day . Don’t ever go for this resort. Even owner is arrogant. Please don’t book this resort.

Had a wonderful stay at LA VAIENCIA BEACH RESORT in Goa! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the service was excellent. Loved the peaceful vibe near Morjim Beach — perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend for families and couples!

The resort is average. No ventilation for bathrooms. Cockroaches in room. Towels not clean. Tv not working. Fan regulators not working properly

Theroom was smelling we found that most washrooms lacked exhaust and washroom doors have gaps. The were ready to give alternate rooms, however they lacked elevator and we decided to cancel as the place overall looked shady and unmaintained.

AC flaps were broken. AC not working properly. TV tata play deactivated. Bathrooms were horrible. No lift facility.. my father is 91 yrs old. how u people rate this old 4 star. hotel needs renewation. very bad experience. thanks to Maje my trip This property Needs renewation. We booked a room for 3 nights and the experience was super! The staff were very cooperative and upgraded us when we asked them to shift us to a higher floor. The property is within a minute's distance from Morjin beach. The taxi stand us just next to it so cabs come to your doorstep. The food was average though and the washroom lacked proper ventilation, however their hospitality made up for everything!!

old property.. locks doors wordrobe everything is old and noisy... ac was cooling good but noise of outdoor was horrible. average stay I would say only thing I like was breakfast
