location is Good food quality is good but so costly room service was good enough overall nice stay

very good hotel with best location, door step of colva beach. very supportive staff especially house keeping. special thanks to Velton for continuous help and support. very good quality of food and ambience. suggestion: being pure veg restaurant, keep food prices reasonable to attract more guest

Resorts location is great, very close to serene and clean beaches. The staff is humble welcoming and cooperative. The property is thoughtfully designed and very well maintained! The breakfast and service in their restaurants is top notch. The rooms are great too and super clean. Restaurant staff is very cooprative. Spl THANKS LIMA AND PANGO they serving very delicious Food. Restaurant Chef is ultimate Spl Thanks to Chef also he made my day.

location is very good, old and worn out towels, water bottle supplied ( Tata copper) can't be open without muscles, food is average in taste, service is average and kitchen cleanliness is doubtful.Even complaining on food also don't bother them. Swimming pool is really good. Staff behaviour is good but poorly trained

Hotel was good. Rental cab facility provided was very bad. Very unprofessional. Of ally cab rental service.

1. The hotel manager's behaviour is not good. 2. Room facilities are avarage ( no dental kit, no milk powder) 3. Complementary break fast is not good. They provided only two items and that to poori and upma. I didn't eat both and I asked for one sandwich, but they are denied. Only I have fruits and buttermilk.

I was here for 4 days we had wonderful stay with Krishna..velton from housekeeping took care of our rooms with a big smile we appreciate his effort’s for us. Satyajit was our server and took care of meals. Special thanks to mr cyril who checked with all our needs and overall experience with a welcoming smile always...

It was really an unexpected best stay I ever had. The ambience was really good.but please work with fungus on the screens and washroom screens.

I have booked at 11AM but I check-in at 11PM literally saying there is worst and bad experience total my trip failed actually I have booked deluxe room with balcony along with breakfast and some other complimentary amentities ...ok starting when I entry in resort there was no welcome drink and they waited half hour extra whether I booked 11 noon then after they offered down floor room but I have booked top floor again I compromise and accept to move in room that room was not opening key is not working I already exhausted for journey still they are not providing room I scold at reception and then given to top floor room ..ok when I entered in room there is very very bad smell Ac is not working bed also damaged inside the bed lots of bugs bed is totally damaged and inside wash room there is no toiletries and morning breakfast very very bad experience no more choices and no tasty food inside restaurant sealing is damaged water is flowing from Ac very bad choice to choose this resort...I request everyone don't spoil your trip to choose this resort

Worst experience, rude staff, unhygienic room, worst experience of life. Didn’t ask even for water, no phone service, tv was not working, AC was not working

property is good and near to beach, it serves good veg meals.staff is also co operative, keep up the good work. MMT and property should have transparency in bookings and data to be shared accordingly.

Location is very good. Food, amenities and services deserve a lot. Not even basic things are in place.

The room they gave was very small for 2 adults and 2 children. After a complaint they gave us a bigger room. The restaurant is only veg and very small and cockroaches were roaming around.
