We would like to clarify that the cloth used during cleaning was not musty. It was dampened with cleaning chemicals, which are commonly used for furniture polish and cleaning. The scent you noticed was from the cleaning agent itself, not from an unclean or old cloth. However, we understand that the fragrance may not be pleasant for everyone, and we are actively exploring more neutral options. We also appreciate your honest comments about breakfast. We regret that it didn’t meet your expectations. Our breakfast is strictly vegetarian, and while we try to offer a variety of options, we acknowledge that some items may not align with everyone’s preferences. Your feedback on the aloo paratha and pav bhaji has been shared with our kitchen team for immediate review and improvement. We would like to inform you that we have upgraded your room from Premium to Luxury Room free of cost as goodwill gesture. Since the room has a full front glass, gas is produced due to the intense sunlight. The gas disappears 5 minutes after switching on the AC. it was not a burning smell.
