Jukaso Inn Down Town

I had booked a double bed deluxe room and at the time of check in, I was shown a single bed room which was not a deluxe room. Only when I objected to this, I was shown a proper double bedroom. One of the staff at the front desk was discourteous and told that they do not have other rooms available then.

Location is good. Breakfast is good. near to various food joints in CP. Staff also good. Only issue is non-availability of lift.

Great location, right in the middle of CP. Small, but clean and comfortable room with adequate amenities and a similarly maintained attached bathroom. Service was professional and courteous and the breakfast was simple but wholesome. On the whole, value for money if you are planning to enjoy CP and its surroundings.

The receiving staff at the reception were good, but when I ordered for water as room service from the menu they have provided, tge person who got the water was acting weirdly and was staring into the room behind me and he uttered something and didn’t leave for 2 more minutes even after I collected the water and paid for it, that was scary

Broken door and lock. Very old building without lift. Room size is too small. Though it's in a posh area but the hotel housekeeping is poor so as look. Costly comparing to the facilities

Most horrible experience, no windows in the room rooms looks like tent house. Will never recommend to anyone!

Location of the hotel is good but there is no lift in the hotel. Breakfast is average. Staff is good.

Great location, helping staffs n manager..nice room..food served in time.We kept our luggage for 5 hrs after check out which was very helpful

JUKASO IN down Town is excellent Hotel with 36 room strategically and centrally located in CP the central place of delhi . walkable distance form shopping hotel restatements bars and famous food joint of Delhi

Grt location. Good front office. Professional. Can provide complimentary breakfast. Only stairs. Low ceiling. Great for short stay. Will recommend

The location of property is excellent very close to Connaught circle and good restaurants around it The only problem we faced that our room was on 2nd floor and there was no lift Cleanliness and service excellent

Room is very small and bed also,and very conjusted,and no lift this property,otherwise room cleaning is good

room was too small and room height is lery low around 6 feet so not convenient for stay. washroom also small and not ventilated not recommended for stay at this rate 2 star facilities

This property although located in a very good place, and staff is also good but is very conjusted and does not have basic facilities like a elevator. I had a fracture in leg and had a terrible time going to 3rd floor a number of times..so you know how i am feeling.
