We are truly sorry to hear about the health concerns experienced by your director and we wish him a speedy recovery. However, we would like to clarify a few important points: During your two-day stay, apart from breakfast, no other meals were consumed at our hotel. On the specific day in question, over 60 other guests also had the same breakfast and we did not receive any complaint of food-related issues from any of them. At the time of check-in, we clearly informed all guests that outside food is strictly discouraged as we cannot guarantee its hygiene or safety. Based on our records and the absence of similar complaints, it appears that the health issue may have originated from food consumed outside the hotel premises. We value all guest feedback and always strive to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and service.
