The place was not clean and had a foul smell and even the bedding was dirty. The bathroom was neither proper clean nor the equipment was in working condition.

AC of the rooms was not working properly. Cockroaches were roaming in bathroom as well as room - no hygiene maintained at all. Poor service

Only money is being charged for a 3 star hotel, the service is completely useless, the centralized AC of the room does not work, I have changed two rooms in two days, still the cooling problem in the room has not been solved I am giving ratings based on my experience living experience 3/5 Location 4/5 Room A/C 1/5 (most of time not working) food 4/5 (very expensive)

There was no hot water, rooms were untidy, linens were not clean. And pillows were smelling.. absolutely not recommended.

Everything was okay

Hotel is located close to AIIMS Raipur. It’s a little away from the city center. Breakfast was buffet and the spread was good. We had booked for breakfast and one major meal. Dinner was thali veg/non-veg served in the room. The hotel looks dated and in want of maintenance. The room had soft flooring which emanated a musty odour. Linen is clean but worn out. In dire need of replacement. Service is prompt. Overall a good property but in need of upgradation.
