1-The front office lady was very arrogant 2-Intercomm was not working after many follow-ups 3-No TV in the room and not installed the TV box after many follow-ups 4-No Kitchen inside the Hotel, 5-Stafg respond only after 3-4 calls and all given orders delayed, what is complimentary in the booking is not clear

Bedsheets were dirty, cockroaches in the washroom, tv was not working, no place in the bathroom to place utensils, no cleaning of the room during our stay, mouse traces close to the entrance.
