Great hospitality.. owner himself is very sweet and ever willing to help, bathroom needs little better maintenance

The hotel’s location is excellent, very convenient and close to everything. Unfortunately, the rooms were a huge disappointment. The entire room smelled terrible, almost unbearable, and the AC was leaking water inside. The bedsheet itself had a smell, making it impossible to rest comfortably. The management really needs to work on cleanliness and maintenance.

Our stay is awesome , as the property is hardly 2min walking from gurudwara, and Jallianwala bagh and partition museum. Anyone can cover all 3 sites walking only. Hotel is near and clean and food is also good. Must visit. Also they will help you with site seeing .

My stay at Hotel Sita Niwas was amazing. Property is in very close proximity to Darbar Sahib which makes to & fro movement easier even during wee hours.

hotel.is stone throw away from Golden Temple, but in narrow gali..hard to take car in that narrow gali. room is big with 2 queen size bed, but bedsheet is old n dirty ..so average stay

Though location is good, but cab accessibility is difficult. The room is too dirty, could not stayed in the room for longer due to horrible smell inside the room, the staffs were also not good, non cooperative.

we stayed and opted for Family room.. it was large for 5 members.. had double washroom attached, 3 fans 2 ac, service was excellent. behaviour of staffs were very good .. it's just less than 100 meter from golden temple. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Amritsar.

Its an old building, washrooms are not great either. The only benefit is its very close to Golden Temple

over all this is good prperty to stay if you want to visit Darbar Sahib . This is very close to it.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who made sure all our needs were met. The travel services provided were also great, making our sightseeing and transport hassle-free. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to different tastes. The staff, in particular, were attentive and really added to the overall positive experience. However, the maintenance of the property could use some improvement. Unfortunately, there was no heater available when requested, and the geyser was not working during my stay. Additionally, there were no extra blankets available, which made the room feel a bit uncomfortable at times. While these issues did affect my stay, the overall service, food quality, and staff made it a decent experience. Hopefully, the property can address these maintenance concerns in the future.

Service - zero the rooms are in terrible condition with used bed sheets, dusty blankets, and a foul odor throughout. There is water leakage from the ac, and the geysers are not working. No complementary water bottles, worst service.

Hotel Sita Niwas is located near Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh/Market, it's a walk for 5-7min. Entire Hotel Staff is nice and well behaved, we reach around 10am and they gave us room, without even mentioning that it's a early check-in an all, rooms and washrooms both were clean, we had a comfortable sleep, front desk and all their staff were polite and well spoken.
