Hotel Royal Polovictory

We have to check out one day before our oiginal check out date ,, but there is no refund of one day by hotel

Bed was not clean, no hand-wash in bathroom only old soap was there, can't lock washroom from outside, no free water bottles in morning People who are booking offline getting room on the spot and for us who do online booking via mmt they asked to wait till 12 and not giving room even if they are available

very comfortable and affordable price &nice stay location also good centre of the city service is also good.

overall experience is good. Food is also very tasty and all staff members is very cooperative. Location wise bhi bahut sahi hai

The comforter was so dirty, the cover was open at one end and it used to slip exposing the extremely unhygienic comforter. Toilet seat was also not very clean and neither were the pillow cases. There was a cockroach in the room. Breakfast was good and it was an adjustable stay under budget

Loud music till late night from pub in the morning. Rooms are not maintained. Not recommended for family.

Decent. Value for money. Well located for overnight bus travellers. Rooms and corridors seems recently renovated. Bathroom was well maintained
