It was good , but the fridge and AC was not working up to the mark and the cleanliness can be maintained better

Hotel food is too costly Water bottel is also Doesn't provide normal water..

My experience with this hotel was very very bed Whatever is shown in the photo or on Google this hotel is nothing like that I did not get anything at all what I expected I would like to give 10 out of 10 in one thing and that is food and service Service was very good and food was very delicious but apart from that there is nothing else And the late check out charge is so high that it is not even worth the room rent I stayed in this hotel for 2 days and in those 2 days I requested for a sleeper at least four times but I did not have that sleeper until I checked out

Rooms were little bit smelly and fans regulator was not working . Toilets flush was also not working properly. The door handle inside bathroom was broken it was very hard to open the door from inside.

the experience of staying at Royal empire was not less than a horror. Smelly rooms, no cleaning, no hygiene, broken doors and locks.. it was midnight i reached the hotel, otherwise, i would have walked out of the hotel and found a new one

The hotel provided us with 2 rooms in very bad conditions The first room's windows were broken and were not able to close throughout the night, and the second room's main gate door's card and key were not functional Even after calling the receptionist about the conditions, no help was provided to us, nor were the rooms changed

Stay was good but at the time of billing they changed the amount of food items when we asked them they had no idea about the menu ....later they accepted their mistake .

They stay for very excellent and luxurious for this budget . And the washroom were so clear and awesome especially the bathtub. They room service was excellent. Also the complement break fast was extraordinary. Over all the stay was very pleasant and awesome

The hotel didn't have proper rooms with locks and the windows were not even locked. the number for room service was also not functional. on calling the receptionist for change of room they were unable to provide one

Room service not upto the mark, while ordering the tea cofee time 2 times it arrived in room more than 1 hour. Disappointing6

I recently stayed at Hotel Royal Empire, Jaipur, and unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. From the very beginning, the room service was extremely disappointing – delays, lack of attention, and basic amenities not being provided on time. The breakfast experience was equally poor, with limited options, below-average quality, and poor service standards. Cleanliness and staff responsiveness also left much to be desired. As a guest, I expect at least the basics of comfort, hygiene, and hospitality to be met, especially when choosing a reputed property. Sadly, my stay did not reflect the level of service and care that one would anticipate. I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving the overall guest experience, because Jaipur deserves hotels that represent its warm hospitality better.

Royal Empire Hotel में बिताए गए मेरे तीन दिन बिल्कुल यादगार रहे। जैसे ही मैं यहाँ पहुँचा, लगा मानो मैं किसी लक्ज़री लाइफस्टाइल का हिस्सा बन गया हूँ। होटल का Rooftop view वाकई मन मोह लेने वाला है — रात के समय यहाँ का नज़ारा इतना खूबसूरत होता है कि खुद-ब-खुद रिलैक्स महसूस होता है। 🏙️ Swimming Pool साफ-सुथरा और मॉडर्न है, जहाँ समय बिताना एक अलग ही ताज़गी देता है। 🏊‍♂️ Bar और Lounge Area का माहौल classy और बहुत ही आरामदायक लगा। 🍸 कमरों की बात करें तो – बिल्कुल परफेक्ट! साफ-सुथरे, आरामदायक और हर आधुनिक सुविधा से भरपूर। यहाँ ठहरकर ऐसा लगा जैसे घर से भी बढ़कर कंफर्ट मिला हो। सबसे बड़ी बात – होटल का स्टाफ बेहद ही विनम्र और सहयोगी है। उनकी स्माइल और गेस्ट-फ्रेंडली नेचर ने अनुभव को और खास बना दिया। कुल मिलाकर, Royal Empire सिर्फ एक होटल नहीं, बल्कि एक ऐसी जगह है जहाँ Luxury और Warm Hospitality का बेस्ट कॉम्बिनेशन मिलता है। यहाँ बिताया गया समय मेरी जिंदगी की बेस्ट मेमोरीज़ में से एक रहेगा। 🌟

We are asking for tooth kit and towels it was not come we left the room becz we have to explore jaipur ,Room service is totally worst

It was decent..but the room allotted wasn't according to the requirements I had...we as a family were 6 people but the rooms allotted didn't have bedding for accommodating us..even a single extr mattress cost us ₹500
