Service is pathetic and toilet accessories are not in place in toilet and room service person is also behaving rude.

Staff was not good. In breakfast they do not have good optionz

Unhygienic cutlery non ventilation rooms housekeeping issues they didn't change the bedsheets not given water bottle on a daily basis soaps and toothpaste not given. Rest you can check the pics

Bad was very uncomfortable and hard to sleep and food quality was also very low

Firstly, i searched for a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. recommended this room. Details showed that the room was 240 sq ft. When i checked in, i saw that the room was not even 100 sq ft and with a small bed in which only 2 adults could have been accommodated. Hence, i enquired for a family room which had two double beds which they offered me at a difference rate. The room was again very badly maintained and with a small bathroom which was not upto the standards. The most embarassing part was that it was not even cleaned properly for a new guest. Secondly, there were two televisions in the two room and none of which was working. I asked them couple of times to fix it and they didn't turn up. Similarly there were two air conditioners in the two room and they didnt give us the remote. Thirdly, the room rent offered was way higher than actual room tariff which i saw at the hotel reception. Room rent charged was almost double. All in all not at all recommended for staying. And last but not the least do not make bookings as they always show higher tariff.

Biggest advantage is very close to the golden temple, 2 minutes of walking. The rooms are ok. Nice staff.

Curtains was very dirty full off dirt, tv was also not working and water bottle not provided while checkin.

Place is decent and nearby to Darbar Sahib. I booked this for my Mother and Father and received a good service from hotel. Owner is very nice person and always helpful. Thank you for having us!

The hotel's location is in tight lane and there's no car parking and even 2 wheeler parking, but it is close to golden temple.

Room so dirty and hygiene level is zero

Excellent location yo visit golden temple & jallianwala bagh

It was a nice stay here. Location was perfect. Jallianwala bagh and golden temple were few minutes walk away from the hotel. There was a local market adjacent to the hotel. Food was delicious. Room was clean and spacious enough. Overall the stay was excellent.
