It was a nice and cozy stay with all the basic hotel amenities and dreamy ambience. No hassle for booking, checkin and checkout. The only thing that could be better was having an in-house restaurant, especially after long treks.

Bathroom was utterly dirty with leaking tap. Room was very small, I guess pictures shown are very old. They didn’t have basic things like an iron press. They also didn’t had power back up for AC. All the staff were very polite and courteous. It’s a good property but management is not good.

If you love the rustic old charm of Matheran, you will love Hotel Premdeep. Away from the noisy bustle of the market yet conveniently located for access to all the view points. The food with an all vegetarian spread is to die for..total value for money... Do go with family and Enjoy

I was really surprised and happy with our stay. The place was really well maintained and the rooms were small ... but it was worth my money. We booked a room with all 3 meals and I was more than satisfied with it. I am someone who always looks for hygiene and good hospitality, I'm more than satisfied with my stay. Great food, hygiene and really good staff.

Places price and location is perfect

this property is a piece of heaven! such beautiful green garden that you feel automatically relaxed here. highly highly recommended !!! the rooms wont be like modern interiors but its got old rusticness to it same with the bathrooms like old bunglow houses. we were also given a room upgrade that just added more to its galore!Definitely coming back

Premdeep Hotel offers a good stay with excellent food—pleasant experience overall, would definitely visit again.

Good for families especially small kids. 10 min walk from station if older people travelling with you then horses and push carts are the only options to reach there. overall very good 👍
