Cheap quality of hotel, owner nature don't have manners to talk with customer. Ac switch was off by staff at 2 am in night when i was in room with my family. No facility of water and food. Found used condom in dustbin and room, washroom was not clean after the check-in. Intercom and TV was not working. And also with dis the check-in check-out time is 12 pm. To 11 am. But the staff said due to heavy rush u have to check-out at 10 am. Staff and owner forced for check out due to this i was checked out at 10:30 am. I need my money back.

It was a good experience for me to stay at Hotel Kapoor. I will definitely recommend other to stay here.

The staff behavior was very good. The rooms were clean. However there was no window in the room. The rooms were somewhat small in size.

The Hotel and it's rooms were not at all upto the mark. The ac wasn't functioning well. Moreover the room infra was quite disturbing.

Room weren't clean, all mess including the bedding and floor wasn't clean, everything resembling as if it was immediately give after someone's checkout.

Hotel was nice and clean rooms with good and cooperative staff.

It's a very nice hotel especially for a solo traveler. Located very near to Golden temple and Jallianwala Bagh. The charges for stay were very reasonable. Its truly a perfect example of value for money.

Good Hotel for Solo travellers or business travellers.

Clean rooms and bathrooms. Food, auto, bus everything is nearby to the Hotel.

Hotel was in bad state. Toilets were not cleaned. No hot water. Blankets were stinking. Not a good place to stay. Handle of the door and lock was missing. There was no security of our bags if we can't lock our rooms. Staff was ok. They assured us that bags will be safe but we can't trust anyone

Staff behavior was good while facilities and amenities was not shown as per images.

We booked 4 rooms in this Hotel. Before I booked. I'd call the owner for booking. But he said that rooms are available. But when we reached at place. There is so much work is on. Hotel is refurnishing, reassembling, whitewash, there is lot off noise, lots of dust. Lots of smell of paint etc. Its very unprofessional. That owner not say that our Hotel is in making process or what. Very disappointed.

Bakwaas Hotel, rooms are very small, no cleanses in Hotel near to railway track, no lock in doors, in toilet no hot water, commode is very dirty.

I was satisfied to stay at Hotel Kapoor residency, Amritsar. Very good deal with make my trip.
