There is not working tv Not working bathtub There is no hair dryer There is not working landline Poor stay I had there Total money waste

Food is very good and condition and hotel is amazing like 5 star hotel

The place was awesome hassle free checking in supportive staff, the food was homely and nominal . The location is little congested due to traffic but its okay coz all the place to vist are nearby in the vicinity. The bus stand , Railway station. Everything.

It was nyc staying there but the staff didn't allowed the zomato parcels to the room i have to go down and receive it from gate

no wifi working and no tv, they have not charged tv and wifi and keeping in saying it won't work....

This hotel was an absolute nightmare - the rooms were disgustingly dirty, there were no amenities available , and the overall atmosphere was one of neglect and disrepair. Avoid this place at all costs ,it's the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Extreme uncleanliness there were visible dirt, stains on bedding, grimy bathrooms, dust everywhere. Poor staff service at the front desk

Rooms were terrible. We booked a deluxe room, however we were given a small room that did not have ACs working and the washroom was not in a good condition.

Hotel is very good service was excellent.

Hotel environment was to noisy. Rooms were too small. Knob came to my hand when tried to open door. They charged to cutlery when asked for it. Few people were making noise midnight for no reason. Overall, terrible experience.

Hotel is very bad, no facilities at all like taps are liking, light also not working proper, even no telephone equipment also not in room and room size was very small. They are just spoiling the name of make my trip.

My stay was good, room was clean and food was yummy, the staff is cooperative, specially the behavior of the manager mt. Rajendra is very good.

Room was very dirty and room lock was broken and washroom jet was not working. Hotel charged extra rs 900 and did not provide any room service.

Location was good, room was big enough. However hygiene is lacking as stinking garbage greets the entrance. It's also starting point for outstation buses and honking continues at midnight and wee hours disturbing peace and sleep. Cleanliness is below standard. Food preparation was very good.
