Hotel Crimson Palace

The room was very clean and tidy...we had a pleasant stay in the hotel crimson palace...

Washroom was too short. Also TV was not working. the room was not vantelated. Otherwise was good experience. giving average rating . Not that satisfied according to the money which we are paying for a room.

Everything was fine but they charged double for water bottles. As I was staying with my 4 years old daughter and it was around 9 PM and I had no option so I had got to purchase 2 water bottles (1 ltr), 36 rs each and for surprise there was no MRP on bottles.

Hotel was very good and we had a pleasant stay there. Swimming pool was at third floor and was very nice. Room was very nice and services were prompt. Breakfast was very tasty and on time.

Location was very easy to find, room was very clean and proper hygiene maintained. Just one issue with the toilet, jet spray was leaking and shower of another room was very not working properly. Staff was very nice and room service was very fast.

I had a pleasant stay at Crimson Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was polite and helpful, and the service was excellent. The location was convenient and made travel easy. Overall, a great experience — I’d definitely recommend this place to others.

Location is great, 5 min from Taj Mahal east gate. You can just take a rickshaw for 50 rupees and reach Taj Mahal. Food is also good here and price point is decent. Best thing is room cleanliness etc which was perfect

A very good experience in this hotel, the quality of food and accommodation both were satisfying. Literally I would say it is a standard hotel.

Just an average hotel to stay. Don’t expect luxury. We stayed at this place for two days. The stay was okay. Breakfast buffet is limited but taste is good. One thing that I didn’t like is that initially the rooms they offered were shabby, not mopped properly and smelt bad. On requesting the rooms were changed to better smelling and clean ones. I don’t know why they didn’t offer better rooms in the first place only.

Nice experience. Stay was comfortable . Hospitality was good . If you come and stay you will not regret for your decision .

Location of this property is very good Peacefull quiet and nearby to all Historical monuments.Taj Mahal Was just walking distance away .Hotel is of premium quality and newly built.Rooms are adequately spacious with all basic amenities . Food is good especially breakfast .For booking with Complimentary Lunch/Dinner options are limited but manageable. Cons Cleaning staff for room is slow and barely visible all day.Room service menus are expensive. suggestions Take Deluxe room as executive room have same amenities. Take room with Breakfast only.

Blanket was not good, toothpaste was not there provided after ask, wifi was not working. Food was good

Staff is very cooperative and food iservice is good but rooms needs to be more clean and repaired. Not worth giving more than rs. 2000- for this room.

The hotel manager gave the deluxe room while we booked executive room and not listing to us. Later when we escalate to make my trip then they agree to refund the difference of the rent.

No room service. No shower in bathroom. Both rooms 215, 216 were with bad smell of cigrate. Breakfast was not proper.
