Hotel City Square & suites - Tajganj

Washrooms were too dirty, blanket and bed sheets were even not washed, foul smell from kettle, nothing good in this hotel, we had to check out one day before schedule but hotel doesn't even agree to refund for non stayed day.

I have been provided a terrible property where one can hardly stay. Dirty washrooms, dirty and unhygienic bed sheets, pillow covers, kettle very dirty having foul smell, no hot water supply. Nothing is upto mark in this hotel. Situations compelled me to check out this hotel in very next morning, one day before my scheduled booking. Booking for stay in this hotel is complete wastage of money and endangering one's health and hygeine.

It's a bad experience ever to stay on that hotel.

Hotel service is very good and staff is also good.

The place was not upto the mark. Breakfast was not on time. No proper guidance.

No warm water supply, bed not clean, room not properly clean, no wifi in room, tv not working, fridge not working, not night lamp. Only cushioned spring bed was comfortable that's it. Washroom towels were smelling and had to ask room service to change it, no drinking water provided by hotel, no jug or glass kept in room, no welcome drink or tea nothing

rooms and bathrooms are old and unhygienic
