Hotel Alka classic

It was very pleasant. 24hrs hot water provided in room. The food was awesome. It was a good experience. Maintenance was very good even though it was old construction.

Happy with the service, my regular hotel in Delhi, awesome location, ideally located, close to Palika Bazaar

One of the worst hotels I've stayed in my life. Except the location, nothing seems to be working good lol. Extremely overpriced for small rooms (smaller than you expect actually), the door lock legit plucked out in our hand, the centralized AC doesn't have a functional remote (like all the rooms with centralized AC do), they ask infinite questions if you even ask for extra blankets (yes, that bad!!). Oh, and they charge 75 rupees for one roti. So just, make smart choices and save your money, guys

Location is a big plus point of hotel. Rooms are a bit small without ventilation or view. Staff is nice & helping. But had to ask for dental/shaving kit. Only one 500 ml water bottle provided for one day. Overall average stay in budget.

Phone in room is not working. A/c in the room is not working.. I had vein this hotel for more than ten times and communicated every time that the phone in the room is not working. But still, the situation continues.

At first the room was given was dirty, after complain it was changed. The new room was again dirty but better than previous so stayed. Other issues was there AC was not working in these hot days, again complain and get the things done on next night. Mgt should take care on this.

Comfortable stay in the heart of Delhi. Well-designed rooms with all basic facilities.; however bathroom size is small Responsive and cordial staff ensure a pleasant stay

The "Veg Thali" in Alka classic was really good. Not only tasy but healthy too. The sequence of serving appetizers/soup was mouth watering. Enjoyed the meals and comfortable stay at Alka classic
