Poor Stay

Hotel location near to mall road, room is very poor, bed sheet is not cleaned. No lift is available, stairs is good for, if old person need to stay. No room service is available. Not recommend for staying here.

Terrible Stay

Very small rooms. No service. You keep calling no one pick the ph at reception. Once you are checked in no one bother. No lift you have climb stairs. No complementary kit. I won't recommend this stay.

The hotel is in a prime location, but the room was disappointingly small and overpriced. None of the amenities were provided, and there was no room service. The high price seems solely due to its proximity to Mall Road, as the hotel offers no worthwhile services.
