Experience best tha property ka but kewal property ka location and room se veiw hi best tha other wise phle hotel ki lift kharab hui jiski wajah se 4th floor tk stairs se jana pada uake bad day time wk din 4 hours light nahi thi and bakup bhi nhi mila genset ka. in do major problems ko chod kar staff food room balcony sab best tha speacially view from the balcony and space in balcony ia too good. i have a suggetion for the property owner ki balcony me wo jacuzzi bhi arrange kar sakte hai property ka value kafi badh sakta hai bz veiws from the room is stunning.

no welcome drinks,, very rude staff,, very expensive food,, 0 out of 10,, they charge extra after reaching the property,, no any restaurant heart, even not a single grocery shop,, hotel receptinist was very very rude,, and never offer welcome drinks nor a water

Stay was really good. Hotel location is awsome. Hotel staff was polite and humble. Most important what ever guarantee make my trip did all was fullfilled. So you made my trip.

Hotel placed in bit high ..view is excellent for superior room..we enjoyed view of white mountain from balcony.. Food quality is also good.. only issue is you need vehicle if you want to go somewhere from hotel.

Location vise hotel is verry good room area is verry big and good balcony view room service and staff is friendly.

poor hospitality door problem in washroom door lock not working I stayed one even paid for two days cattle not in the room. room service ask me to take water from reception. their is scarcity of staff in hotel.

Well property is top notch as per the price point. Got good discount over MMT with 5300 INR for 2 rooms/2 nights with any food. If have to rate their food its average or below average. Property location is quite good and scenic.

The property is good. Rooms are good. View from the room was awesome. But for us they provided nonveg food instead of veg food by mistake. Once I noticed then they changed it. I know this is the big mistake but human being done mistake. Its okay thanks you.

excellent view from personal balcony

Overall good experience in the hotel. We stayed in the hotel for 3 days staff and service were good. Food is average. Location is far from mall road. The best part of the hotel is the view from the balcony.

The location of the hotel was little far from mall road but the view we were getting from the room was fabulous and breathtaking. Service we have got from the hotel was very good. Rooms were so clean and cosy. Overall experience of staying there was excellent and for that i will give 5 star rating for the property.
