The hotel is overpriced. Food is overpriced and very average in taste. Breakfast was very basic. The room had a damp smell. I stayed in the Suit. It was to be a "luxury" room. They could not even provide Bisleri or Kenley water in a premium room! Had to remind the housekeeping staff and the reception staff several times to get the room serviced. Can't be charging 5 star rates for 2 star quality

stayed here for a couple of nights during a work trip. apart from it's location, there isn't anything great about this place. hotel is quite outdated and definitely needs to upgrade itself. specially the bathrooms. breakfast at restaurant was quite chaotic due to a large tour group. The hotel had not made any arrangements to manage the large crowd. room service food was downright terrible. ended up with a bad case of food poisoning. The hotel is definitely not a 4 star as it claims itself to be.

bedsheet and bed in very bad condition

Bedsheets and the clothes they were really in bad quality washing, it was worse than Oyo rooms. The hotel rooms were okay, but they were worse than oyo.

Terrible Stay

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience across every aspect. Right from check-in, the service was unprofessional and inattentive. The room was not properly cleaned — basic hygiene standards were not maintained, and the amenities were far below expectations. The staff was unresponsive to repeated requests for assistance, and their attitude lacked the courtesy one would expect from a hospitality establishment. Additionally, the overall maintenance of the property was poor, making the stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. Given the experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or reliable stay in Varanasi. There are far better options available that value customer satisfaction and uphold basic standards of service and cleanliness.

We have booked two rooms in the hotel but AC was not working in any of the room, Do complaint multiple times to office staff but no solution given by the hotel staff.
