Hotel staff and services are excellent, however the infrastructure and facility require lot of improvement to become a place to stay for the rate charged.

Location is ok , but rooms are giving some bad odor. With regards to food their preparations are maximum based on foreign nationals. The people at reception should be more warm with indian customers

room was bit okay but washroom was the prob, I could not latch the door properly later the varpenter arrived and fixed it. They did not have proper generator back up always the power goes off..

The property is situated at prime location of varanasi. The rooms are spacious, neat and clean. The staff is courteous. The food is good but overpriced. Also when i extended my stay i have to pay 50 percent more the rate of mmt, as i was told no room available. Total loot in hotel industry. There is no capping of fare. The hotel was empty but still they said no room available just to increase the price

Overall experience was good. The rooms were neat and clean. However the menu options for breakfast was limited and cold coffee was not available daily as a part of menu and food taste could be better. Rest staff were friendly and very supportive
