Pleasant experience
Good facilities, excellent staff and good food. Ample parking is available. Located in the heart of the city.

Average Stay
In Hotel Room washroom, there was no tap for batching, only shower was there. Dental kit and shaving kit was not changed automatically once completed , we had to ask to provide another kit. Similarly Hair Dryer was asked but not given. Swimming pool was not operational, so we could not use it. Yoga session was not because of Diwali Holidays. Complementary Welcome drinks were not given to us. Discount of food was not given to us, however it was promised in hotel benefits. Early check in was not allowed, hence we had to pay for one more day. Only positive point was Hotel Food and Restaurant staff. They were very supportive and food quality was very good. Other than this, whatever was promised was not given to us.

The hotel is having clean room. The service is also very top notch. The front desk is always ready to listen and help you to the best of their ability. The food is also very delicious and good quality.

Poor Stay
The rooms were not maintained properly, had cracks and seepage, dirty smell covered using air freshener, stained toilets and shower curtains. Even the breakfast served wasn’t fresh, tasteless and unwanted.

Poor Stay
I had a disappointing experience at Click Hotel Junagadh. The room was small, and the walls had visible cracks, which made the stay uncomfortable. The swimming pool is much smaller than expected, and the gym is barely functional—more for namesake than actual use. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it for a comfortable stay.

Excellent Stay
The hotel location, being near the station, is very convenient. The rooms are decent, well maintained and the service is quick. The restaurant is reasonably priced and has good food options (limited to veg only though) value for money hotel.

Good Stay
Location is very good. Service and breakfast. Cleanliness v. Good. I would like to give 4. 5 stars as it has no option for same i gave 4 rating. Only very small issue we faced was towels was not provided while check in. We had to remind them. But overall experience was very good. Would recommend to all.
