Akasa Goa|Luxe Cottages with Pool

Best aesthetic atmosphere with a scenic experience, very relaxing and a worthy place to visit in south goa

Unfortunately i’m unable to upload videos of the property. I wish i could upload videos showing how dirty their rooms were and broken latches of the washroom are. Morning breakfast is limited only one option can be served. If you want refill you’ll have to pay for it. Property is completely damaged and they don’t even maintain the property. Staffs are rude. It’s near palolem beach just 300 meters from the property. The inhouse rental service for scooty and car charges is too high from the others. Very bad experience and the worst part is their swimming pool which isn’t concrete it’s a trampoline park type pool. It’s very dirty too. Pool timing is from morning 8:30-6pm only.

We found property on make my trip, it was beautiful property with pleasant atmosphere around and quick service of food and other needs.

Had a lot of expectations form my this stay but unfortunately it didn’t meet up it all. As rooms were not very clean and muddy. White walls are pale now so it doesn’t give a good look at all. Overall hygiene is the point i will deduct. Rest everything was good. Staffs were cordial and cooperative. In house restaurant also offers good food at reasonable rates. Overall a very peaceful stay nearly 1 km to palolem beach.

The stay was very nice, rooms are very good, spacious, neat & clean. We stayed in luxe cottage. Staff is very cooperative.

Had good experience. Staff was nice. Nice room but no tv was there. Swimming pool is also broken. Good breakfast.

Location was good. Rooms are good and clean. Service is v good. Rooms need fan and ventilation. Bathroom needs exhaust desparately. Linen needs to be better. Bed firmer

Decent cottages but lack a few modern amenities like a mini fridge. Breakfast choices and quantity very average. Tip avoid complimentary breakfast package. The staff behaviour especially at the front desk is very polite and they are very helpful. Overall a good stay but expected better at this price range

Overall, we had a great experience with the akasa; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

Pros : 1) staff is really very polite and helpful 2) overall room and bathroom were cleaned (just one suggestion use new bedsheets) 3) the pool was really very clean and maintained 4) 2 restaurants are opposite to property 5) beach e is actually walking distance 6) the inside garden view is awesome rooms surrounded all by nature. Lovely cons: 1) no in house restaurant 2) water supply is very slow for the bathroom to take a shower. Suggestion: as the property is surrounded by nature, i would say to cover the ventilation of the bathroom with proper net to prevent the entry of lizards and giant insects from the hole in the net. Overall, it was a lovely stay and great hospitality of aksa staff. Appreciate your help and hospitality.

Stay was good. Room & resort ambience was good. But there were some facilities missing, which they can improve. Like water pressure was very very less in taps. Hot water starts coming only after 5 minutes, and due to the low pressure, taking shower is a problem. In toiletries they provide only soaps, shower jels and shampoos, they can provide brushes and pastes too. They don’t clean the rooms and refill waters etc. Automatically on the next day. We need to ask for that. Even then they guide to refill it ourselves from their water dispenser. Bathrooms became directly due to lizards and their wastes. Flys and bugs were flying in bathroom and the next day morning, there w err so many dead flies all over the bathrooms and basins etc. That can be improved. Other than that rooms have enough plug points, which was helpful.

The cottages were really good

Clean and cosy cottages, helpful staff, well kept beautiful garden, idyllic with a touch of rustic charm, 5 minutes walking distance from the beach, good choice of food and cafe just across the place, vibrant but classy crowd/lodgers. It is an ideal place for lovers, family or solo travellers. I went there with my mother and we are definitely coming back with other family members.

Perfect location, 10 mins away from beach. Nice and clean rooms, small swimming pool and lots of greenery

Nice property, lovely enviornment

Positive's the room was compact, decent and clean the resort was good, well maintained with a decent swimming pool. Ac was working fine, hot water is there. Negative's no fan the window is bathroom is so open. That needs to be taken care.

The staff is really good and is one of the best properties over there near by to beach and market. I’ll recommend you to stay here

Bathroom was an issue, no water clearing and we had to manually do it. The front of the door had tiles broken which poked my husband's leg and hurt him as soon as we entered the cottage. The outside property is good but inside needs improvement. The restaurant is good but expensive and portion size is too less for the money.
