Thanks to the internet, travellers can easily select their preferred seats, meal options and print boarding passes from the comfort of their own home without having to wait in long queues. They can also confirm their presence on a flight via the Internet. To provide ease to its customers, the airline has added the TruJet Online Check-In feature on its website.
Web Check-In TruJet
- Visit MakeMyTrip and login with your credential.
- On the top right hand of the page, click “Fly” and go to “Web Check-In”
- On the next page, you could either enter your PNR or E-Ticket Number along with your first name and surname.

Services provided include online check-In, changing bookings, upgrading fare, seat reservation, booking an additional flight, exceed baggage and free change of contact details & emergency contact.
Bear in mind that web check-in should be done before two days to 2 hours prior to the time of departure. Your boarding pass and other necessary documents will be forwarded to the email address you registered with at the time of booking. Also, passengers will have to report 2 hours in advance to flight departure if they are carrying any check-in baggage after web check-in. Web checked-in passengers can cancel their tickets by calling 040 4090 4090. But the call has to be made 3 hours before the departure.
Web Check-In is not available for:
- Unaccompanied minors
- Group passenger bookings
- Passenger needing special assistance
- Passengers on any discounted fares
- Passengers travelling with infants.
